Build the flight plan
Pick your aircraft, set payload and cruise flight level, and choose a route — every change updates takeoff weight, landing weight, and fuel in real time.
Decode the NOTAMs
Real NOTAM constraints restrict what's flyable. Read the briefing closely — it decides which routes and levels are even legal.
Read the weather brief
Wind and conditions for the scenario are laid out before you plan. Factor them into your fuel reserve and route choice.
AI chatbot decodes, never answers
Ask the chatroom to unpack any NOTAM or weather term you don't recognise. It explains constraints — the correct answer stays hidden.
Agree one team answer
Talk it through with your crew — weigh the NOTAM constraints, settle on a plan, and submit as one team. There's no partial credit for indecision, and no edits once the clock closes.
Every move is on the record
Your chatroom questions and final answer are kept for your instructor's review after the period ends.
